I have to disagree with you Jerry ! 2020 Covid slight market fiddle market went quiet due to confusion , all of a sudden a market infusion of buyers flooded the market for record prices in 2021 with the market only going quiet over the last month or two . Let me guess rich people were bored didn’t no how to spend their money or interest rates low and poor people didn’t no how to spend their money ! overvalued market ! Now in my opinion markets went from a peak to uncertain ! Interest rate hikes nothing out of the ordinary but for the average joe spending more due to an overpriced market will catch up to them in the near future ! Forcing people to sell possible not certain though I am just a builder for about 15 years or so …. The domain price was higher and I’s going lower due to market settling .All in my opinion though ..
