Oversold situation perhaps comes from the lack of knowledge about the impact of house prices on DHG revenues. DHG earnings goes up/down with volume of transactions. The actual property values has no or little impact on their revenue.
as long as volume of the advertised properties stays at around current levels (which it most probably is the case) DHG is going to hit or exceed their earning targets.
Those analyst at UBS/GS etc know this as well.
