As long as my backside points to the ground I will never be able to fathom the workings of the share market.
I gather that the 750mill for the sale of the chemicals division (an underperformer) will be used to retire about 33%? of the companies debt and leave it in quite a strong leveraged position. Yet at the time of posting the share price is -40c on the close of yesterdays price. Sure there are problems with commodity prices being relatively low but will that continue? I guess that is the big question.
