Be cautious about individual analyst evaluations and predictions, but I couldn't resist posting the following from UBS (appeared Tuesday on NineMSN broker calls, submitted by FN Arena)
"UBS rates as Buy (1) - Instead of speculating about any forthcoming government policies, responsible for recent share price weakness in the eyes of UBS, the analysts have elected to study forecasts, assumptions and valuations in light of today's share price. Their conclusion is that no matter which scenario unfolds in the months/years ahead, the present share price simply is unjustifiably low. Buy rating retained, as well as the $7.95 price target."
$7.95 is a tad optimistic -- Thomson/Reuters consensus of 11 brokers is $6.13. But UBS provides sound advice about avoiding speculation on gov't policy decisions and paying attention to core drivers of GEM's long-term growth.
