The main thing that should come out of this discussion is that the budget shouldn't be a negative for GEM. Whether it involves a net benefit or not is reallt irrelevant because GEM is growing very nicely at the current level of Government funding.
What it does mean is that hopefully all of the uncertainty around the sector over the past year will be gone.
