I believe I commented about the LiOH plant looking like it could be a month or two behind schedule but don't recall making any comment about 2020?

As for "a 2014 December start date and full production of 17,500 tons per annum in 2015". I am sure you will struggle to find anywhere they stated that they would achieve full production in the 12 months following the first product out of the plant.
