Because, as
@HotCopter said, the necessary information to become informed is all out there in the public domain. Right before your very eyes.
But if you don't understand it - just like I at one stage didn't - then you could have done what I did, namely make some perfectly legitimate public enquiries about it.
For example, instead of your snide, sarcastic comment, you could easily have posted:

Madamser, can you explain why it is as you described?"
(Exactly the same amount of words as your post, but with even less keystrokes, so win-win for you...)
