Very surprised UBS haven’t upgraded APT to a ‘strong buy’ at these price levels. I mean surely, if their price target was $17, then they loaded up big time at sub $10 and would now be unloading? Either you believe in your forecasts and take the opportunity with both hands when a stock is well under your valuation or?????
