    At some point I believe UBS will pull the trigger and find a polite excuse to replace the dude who covers APT and revise their numbers.

    Their target and approach are so off to others and current price (SP dropped < $10 for a different reason) that eventually they'll need to limit reputation damage.

    They still hang on for now as it doesn't look good to change their view quickly.
