UBS is just stating the obvious. If u do not have strong barriers to entry or some other monopoly u will face competition sooner rather than later. In this case this would be more so given the many advantages that could be deployed by Banks, Pay pal and others. I hold shares recognizing APT is using new business models and deploying creative strategies that would create growth at least initially anyway. I hold my A2m shares on this basis as well given Nestle and other big players there.As soon as I see danger signs I will sell. As for the UBS valuation, I have had access to their material for a number of years now and can advise I rarely depend on them given my experiences of their sell recommendations with my stock over time. I would need a lot more similar positions and other analysis . Pretty comfortable with not panicking at this stage as I expect good results for the six month reporting season..
