    Based on our new FY10 estimates, the stock is trading on a P/E of 7.0x and our new price target implies a P/E of 11.0x. In our view, the stock is compelling valuation at these levels and should outperform going forward.

    Valuation: Price target increased to $3.85
    Rolling forward our DCF (WACC 12%, TGR 2%) has increased our valuation from $3.25 from $3.53. Our price target continues to equal our 1-yr forward DCF valuation.
