It seems that UBS has special relationship with PDN. They are always a major share holder. They helped raising money through institutional shares CR. They helped Newmount to sell their 5.4% stakes. They know all these "inside" information. They play on this stock as well. I think it is a conflict of interest. No wonder they always win.
The ones knowing inside information can long/short the stock as they wish. They know the Newmount sale is coming. That is why they are not afraid to short even the short number is so high. Now they can cover at low price.
It is not even a Casino. Casino has better chance for the average Joe to win than investing in this stock.
However, I do expect this stock to rise now. The institutions buy/cover at 52.5 cents. It will go UP from here.
