My view right now is that the stock price must be suffering as a result of pre CNP jitters as if I remember right their next deadline for funding arrangements is 15/12.

Aside from this I cannot see why this SP is so low, given what you've just mentioned, esp. re the fact that most of their debt obligations aren't maturing until 2011. I recently bought in at 25.5c thinking it really couldn't sit any lower, but as is sometimes the case sheer jitters have proved me wrong. Picking bottoms always dangerous game, but at this point still feeling confident for medium term.
