Asteroider I hope things aren’t as grim as you think they are. Confidence MUST come back to the market if interest rates continue to fall.... wont it? Low rates MUST improve the cash flow of REITS.....doesn't it?
I wish I brought in at 25cents cropcircle, sadly in at .82 although will average down today (hope I don’t regret it).
Again ....and I know I am getting repetitive but....
ABP
- No U.S. properties (only several in N.Z)
- Lower side of the dept scale for reit
- No major debt maturing until 2011
- Multiple income streams (management fees and loans)
- Seven year listed (proven) track record
- NTA of $1.37 (somewhat meaningless if property prices in free fall)
- EPS at 14.7cents per share
-DPS almost halved last month, reduced to $0.07cps (post dec 21) yield of 32% @ .22cps
- Sure the properties are VERY second tier however ABP aims at this market.
