Comment: UBS has lowered its price target for Flight Centre to $16 from $17 and cut its earnings per share forecasts by 12.7 per cent and 15.1 per cent for the next two years after the company warned on Thursday that it is facing a margin squeeze. With Flight Centre due to implement productivity-boosting new sales and IT systems, UBS kept its recommendation on the stock at 'buy2', but warned a turnaround must come soon.
