My view on CSR share price is of a 6-12 moth outlook, and only partially influenced by the next Div. I feel it's all the talk about a property market crash that has pressed the SP down. So if we do see a crash $2.55 is not unreasonable. If it becomes evident the crash is unlikely, $3.20 is more than reasonable. At the moment it's a bit like betting red on the roulette wheel, which is still better than betting on the Melbourne Cup!
