given good virus figures and enough testing capability, people may be able to resume semi normality after having a clear test (not just anti body) and then travel or go to work or even sport. Our current predicament is both capacity to respond and public awareness but I bet whatever business can get going will be doing so quick smart under a controlled regime until the infectious nature of CV-19 can be curtailed.
