They have the AR CC coming up in about a month. This is the second most important CC of year. AM is #1. If they have any doubts they will start hedging on H2 ’19 predictions then. The AM on 11/27 is just too late to do it. To do it in an announcement is not good, avoide anouncing bad news in a seprate release at all costs. Far better to just modify prediction at AR CC. I did not detect any wavering in Q CC, I was listening for this. Q1 is another option that might work. Timming is a little late the lower the notice time the bigger the impact on stock.
I think NEXT II will be anounced at AM. If it is anounced at AR CC that would be a real plus in their confidence of permits.
