Chem you never gave me a single example of how AL could do this easily. instead you talked about trucks per day. here are two of mine.

Lynas has a 12-year tax-free holiday status in Malaysia that began in 2014 (so should run to 2026) and also has sizable tax losses in Australia. We do not forecast Lynas paying cash tax until 2023e. The value to Lynas of these tax shields is, we estimate, around $340m or $0.50ps.
