Delay means not helpful
Lynas met all regulation and law but Lynas is playing a sacrificing role. Lynas just like Andromeda. It cannot break the chain by itself. Lynas needs strong help.
IMO, the chance for Lynas is to take the opptunity while DrM demand to borrow loan from Japan. This topic is hot in Malaysia. Lynas has to contact Japan for the issue and ask for help. It is not only for sake of Japan development for Malaysia investment but also for stable supply for Japan itself. It is country level relationship. these level is superior than Yeo/Wong level.
