the only reason i am inclined to think this is plausible, in retrospect, is that i doubt Airbus (or whomever they are buying these 33 planes from) would accept an order from a company like AFG without funding already secured - Ie a bank guarantee or similar. So perhaps AFG does have to have some sort of arrangement in place to make these orders, but without the details we can only assume that the interest rates, etc are negotiable or perhaps floating. let's see
