OEC entered into an agreement with UCAL earlier this yr. The deal was to produce OCP stuff for scooters etc in India. The only thing necesary is a bike maker to step up to the plate and use OCP. This action with UCAL in India may well be the harbinger of a deal to be announced shortly from India.
Yesterday there were no trades in OEC, today there have been 473,300 so far.

Ucal Fuel (UCAF.BO, news) Systems is presently quoting at Rs 340, up Rs 26.95, or 8.61% with volumes of 8,254 shares. The share has touched an intra day high of Rs 341.90 and an intra day low of Rs 318.
