Looks like Linc is ahead of CIRI or it could just be the author places more emphasis on Linc "UCG Heavyweight". The emphasis to me in the article certainly had Linc as more advanced and proven track record in UCG (and rightly so ;))
The bonus to whichever would obviously be a Beluga Power Station contract to supply.
As much as I might think the Qld Gov. went overboard in stringency. In the long run the QLD ISP report and requirements for proven decommission and rehabilitation of the UCG Cavity may enable Linc to supply the A-Z of UCG to satisfy the most ardent environmental panel anywhere in the world.
