    I saw the comments about the annual report indicating that this one is under-rated. They say that they have a new board but its a pack of lawyers and accountants that are running the show. Not many shares out there so the lack of activity isnt surprising. I got a letter in the mail saying that it's kept its price of 8 cents but I noticed that it drifted down today on very little selling. I wish those involved in the SPP luck and fair sailing...
