    Clean Global Energy listed on September 8, 2009 in the shell of International Resource Holdings Ltd.
    CGV's business plan is focused on retrieving the stranded energy contained in its own coal assets in Queensland, together with the additional coal assets it will have access to through its HOA with Green Power Energy Limited (ASX:GPP) in Victoria and Liberty Resources Limited (ASX:LBY) also in Queensland.
    Proposed $US400m UCG project in Inner Mongolia
    On November 2 Clean Global Energy Limited announced it has entered into Joint Venture Agreement to undertake a proposed US$400m Underground Coal Gasification project in Inner Mongolia, China.
    The project is to be undertaken on a staged basis on Inner Mongolia Gu Xin Mining Co Ltd, Beijings 1.8 billion tonne coal deposit in Inner Mongolia.
    A Hong Kong Based Joint Venture Company is to be established for the project and to undertake the capital raising activities for the project on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of not less than US$120m and debt funding of not more than US$280m.
    CGVs UCG technology uses the Controlled Retractable Injection Points (CRIP) technology. CGV'S technical director Dr Michael Green is currently implementing the CRIP UCG process in commercial projects in the UK and Europe.
    The CRIP UCG process was successfully trialled in a 17m European project in Spain which was headed up by CGEs Technical Director, Dr. Michael Green.
    Directors:
    John Harkins, executive chairman and CEO. Mr Harkins relocated to Australia from the UK more than 25 years ago and established his own consultancy practice, specialising in risk management. He was exec director/GM of Linc Energy from September 2004 to its IPO in May 2006. After a spell with a Seattle based company in the US involved in gasification technology to produce diesel fuels from a range of waste products, he returned to Australia in August 2008 to become chairman and MD of Clean Global Energy.
    Dr Michael Green, technical director. He is a founding director of UCG Partnership Ltd, a non profit global organisation to promote the understanding of UCG, and Managing Director of UCG Engineering Ltd, a UK company

    that provides specialist technical and management services to companies on underground coal gasification and has authored many papers on UCG. He is a chartered engineer with a PhD in Engineering from the Imperial College London.
    His career with British Gas as Technical Controller at its Chemical Sciences R&T Division spanned some 25 years. He was earlier a Thermodynamicist with Grumman Aerospace Inc in New York.
    Domenic Martino, non exec. Formerly CEO of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 2001 to 2003. He is a director and chairman of Computercorp Ltd and a director of AIM listed Gladstone PacificNickel Ltd. He was a founding director of Sydney Gas Ltd, retiring on September 3 2005 and of Blue Energy Ltd, retiring October 10.
    Alison Coutts, non exec. Ms Coutts was the first female graduate of Melbourne University in Chemical Engineering, later working London with Bechtel Corporation, subsequently a Lecturer in first year Physical Chemistry at the University of the West Indies Department of Chemistry, Barbados. Returning to Bechtel to work as contract engineer in Taranaki, New Zealand. She currently chairs the external advisory council for all of CSIRO's Health Sector programs.
    Paul Hubbard, non exec. Mr Hubbard has BA and Bachelor of Education degrees and has specialised in the human resources field, including helping to pioneer a team in training and development at BHP. He has created over 35 assorted business ventures, one of which involved building and leading a direct selling team approaching several thousand persons in 14 countries for 5 years.
