Just finished reading the report & want to make a few points.

Today's report is directed more towards UCG.

A separate & distinct updated revision report on CBM is yet 2b prepared. That will have final & definitive results of coal analyses.

    Notes:

    1) They have used a gas saturation factor of 283 m3/ton which is 25 times (ie 11.32 m3/ton) higher then observed readings from the coal in the Galilee & Ipswich Basins. So, 283 m3/t = 9990 ft3/ton. (Page 41-42)

    2) They've used data from CNX's trial which is practical for this report.

    3) Core barrel issues: Acknowledged on page 25.

    4) Gas Saturation: Acknowledged on page 25-26.

    ------------------------------------------------------------

So for the current calc's, cumulative average coal tonnage, for Coal above 1000m depth for both NT & SA is 1.249 TT. This equates to 12490 TCF of gas or 1.249 trillion bbls of liquid gas).

This 1.25 T bbls can sustain a GTL plant @ capacity of 140000 bpd for 27000 years.

    Min-Max figures are 11110-13880 Tcf. (or 1.11-1.39 T bbls)
