"Permeability relates to the hydrogeology and is very important. The higher the permeability the easier water flows through the formation and the more water you can inject and recover per given injection or recovery well.

Flow rate times the concentration of the uranium in the recovered solution (head grade) equals production rate (of uranium).

So in a perfect world you want high flow rates (per well) and high head grade (in each recover well) to get high production rate. So, in short, hydrogeology is very important. Ideally, you want the sandstone ore body to be in a confined aquifer but, if not, the part of the sandstone where the ore body is located should be saturated with water."

Your statement seem incorrect.
The more water underground coal seam has the more gas it produces after dewatering. This water can be recycled to drinking quality included in the gas production costs.
Reading above doesn't ISR require lots of water and PEN could benefit from UCG and GTL and dewatering for use in the ISR process.
Use the water from one process to benefit another and benefit shareholders by farm out agreements if they have coal in the leases and it doesn't affect the ISR process.
Just thinking outside the box.
