With Poland I suspect we have 2 very motivated partners for different reasons and could be the drive to get things moving in the right direction. One has the resources & the political will to secure/ support national energy security / independence in an industry controlled by bigger forces, and the other is keen to show to all concerned the viable energy option it has developed/tested before others take the limelight and market share. The other is the well needed cashflow / royalties that would follow.
