    Retep,
I am not sure what your beef is, are you a mouth piece for Green Hornet, who happens to be a completion hand, not a drilling hand, or are you talking on your own behalf? But here are some quotes from Linc's web site.

A coil tubing unit is a specialised drilling and well intervention rig that increases
operating efficiency by reducing the need to continuously connect drill pipe as
equipment is moved in and out of the well. A continuous pipe, as opposed to many
individual pipes used on conventional drilling rigs, the coil tubing unit also creates a
    safer operating environment.

There is also the potential to use this equipment for traditional exploratory drilling by
adding it to Linc Energy‟s existing rig. This will further reduce reliance on external
contractors and again save time and money.

During the year, at Linc Energy’s Chinchilla Demonstration Facility in Queensland, the UCG team designed, constructed and
operated Gasifier 4 at near-commercial levels and achieved its start up in five hours. Equipment for oxygen injection to improve
synthesis gas quality was established and trialled and a coil tubing unit was also acquired for faster UCG drilling and well
intervention. The expanded UCG technical and operations group is now focusing on the commercialisation of Linc Energy’s
    UCG technology.

One of the world-firsts for UCG includes the acquisition of a new coil tubing unit to provide faster UCG down-hole drilling. "The coil tubing unit offers Linc Energy fast mobilisation and demobilisation to more economically execute UCG drilling and well maintenance.

http://petrowiki.org/Coiled_tubing_drilling A good background to advantages and disadvantages of coiled tubing drilling

From the above references when Linc purchased the Coil tubing unit (CTU) their intention was to use it to drill and service wells. The fact they mention drilling exploration wells sounds as though they are very much capable of just doing just well intervention. From the photo they posted of the unit, more items would be required to drill the complete well. As you mention how do you run casing etc. There are two ways this can be done. A hybrid unit can be created with a small work over rig to hoist the casing, or the CTU can be pulled back from the well, and fast erect single mast rig can be moved into place to run and cement the casing, and then moved off again. It is not uncommon on land wells to employ a small cheap rig to drill and case the top hole, and use higher rated or more suitable rigs to drill the deeper sections.
I see the presentation, and that is how they drilled Gassifier #5, but not any of the others, and it doesn't necessarily mean that the next one will be drilled the same either. There is more than one way to drill a well, and Linc are still experimenting.

PS Retep, in future if you have issue can you please construct your questions in a more polite manner, rather than barging in like a bull in a china shop.
