Yes, I have watched CXY for a long time and probably would have bought into, as well as CNX, ... I was too late with LNC at around $1.03, but at the end of the day, I have really too much money tied up at a losing position in other stocks.

ie., CTP cost me 10.6c and now after a CR announcement down to 5.8c and still waiting til they drill.(they have UCG potential, in the long term, probably too long for me to wait for that though, unless they do a JV .... maybe with CXY ??? :)).

I share your disappointment with DERM but hope CXY has legal rectification.
