Nope. The cost of gas at $4 Mbtu (x9) + OPEX + CAPEX depreciation etc, leaves the spread at $30 (ish).
Look at the OCG oilbarrel confrence paper from June 13th (on their website, too big to attach). It's all there for the world to see.
And yes, I know Linc provides the gas which nullifies the retail price per unit blah blah blah. This conversation is as old as the hills.
