QLD wants demonstrated decomissioning of a UCG cavity and Linc have started down that track. Maybe 2014 will have completed that process?

Exarro have formalised agreements and are progressing PFS. Expect commercial project production in 2017.

Yakut Minerals are keen to establish a UCG GTL project in Chukotka and the regional governemnt is fully supportive. How rapidly they can progress to commercial operations? I expect a couple of years to complete studies, design and commission.

Dtek oil and Gas have signed an Agreement to study UCG in Ukraine. Legislative hurdles for state energy liberalisation to cross in September before they could put together a commercial binding agreement with Linc for a project - expect some action when Verkhovka Rada (Parliament) recommences after summer break. This could be massive.

Poland studies underway.

Wyoming - got stuck in the red tape. Governor Matt Mead is sharpening his scissor however. Expect some action in the next 6 weeks.
