If BON holders accept the UCL bid you'll be in a company with the dubious reputation of probably the most number of shares in a listed company in OZ...LOL.
930 million shares on issue currently
1,700 million shares for BON
400 million shares for capital raising
$4 million worth of shares probably issued at a discount to the current price but let's say 1c (i'm generous).
3 billion shares on issue!!!! just to get to a bankable feasibility....best case scenario...worse case, we'll use your imagination.
Might look good in Zimbabwe but not in OZ!!
