Why do you think MAKs marketcap is over $50mill and UCLs is around $10mill? There is alot more uncertainty in UCLs projects than there is in MAKs. I would say that two contributing factors would be location (sovereign risk) and proof of concept (phosphate has never been mined from the ocean before). There are complexities a I understand. These may be unfounded but there is alot more work to do before you can talk in the confident level you appear to talking. If it was such a certainty investors in the know (wink wink) would be buying with their ears pin backed. In fact UCL trades very low volumes (only increased in the last few days with the takeover talk).
