    with a fair bit of action in UCL, they have a HUGE zinc project in IRAN yes iran not the best of spots but with socete generale becoming a major shareholder i think they must see value in a penny dreadful like UCL ,plus a lot of other tech stuff happening with UCL,all in all a interesting stock to follow,chart looks bullish
