This whole thing is stupid from both MAK & UCL and now a big waste of time and money. I dont understand how UCL will get to 50 cents if it is going to raise capital at 25cents. Iran is worth a big fat zero and always will be. Looks like MB will dilute all other shareholders out when we get to the big raising, this is if the banks still lend the children of UCL & MAK any money.

IF UCL & MAK can't have an adult conversation about how to get together in one entity then sandpiper is domed.
