at the current ratio of UCL vs Mak, you would think it's a shoe in but it might take a while for the conscientious objectors and sleepy holders . - always going to be a percentage of holders who don't open the mail or read the announcment's - hence the compulsory acquisition rule - UCL holding 5% might be enough to block this but only temporarily.
Mak will keep ringing and mailing till they get the 90% - could take a while though.
Yawn - was Bon worth all this effort? - I guess it is a sign we didn't pay too much at least.
