Starman, there are many ways to skin this animal ( i won't say cat ) i see the original deal was $500k + 9 million options + $10 mill capped at 3% of revenue from EPL. OK the new deal is $50k up front + $450k within 1 year + $10 mill capped @ 3% , but the 9 mill options have been removed. From where i sit i looks to me like these guys have bent over to facilitate UCL and make sure the EPL's stay in play, they are very generous terms for a company that has really nothing but sandpiper going for it. once again just my thoughts , why did the vendor even consider this option if UCL are sunk and dead in the water so to speak??
