This is funny. UCL doing a rights issue - they are afraid of losing control of Namibia completely to a much larger entity. A rights issue may be possible for them but:
- it'll be tough and
- it would have to buy out MAK's holding of a quarter of BON at a much higher price to make it worthwhile
MAK wins either way.
