what a waste of $$, and i though ucl's bidder statement was bad enough, mak have upped the anti with a 177 page pile of spin that has just appear in my letter box. thicker than an annual report lol. what a joke. i'm not even going to read it, how hard is it to work out ucl offer in not worth accepting.
