Given the improving relations between the UN and Iran and the UCL project (the largest undeveloped zinc mine in the world) now entering the finance stage, how can the share price be at a poultry 4c.

Im much postive now of the Mehidibd project than a few months ago when UCL was 7c and there was no diplomatic light between Iran and the UN.

Im satisfied with Rob's response (shown below) One disgruntled shareholder does not dicate the potential of the company. I therefore will be looking to take advantage of UCL this week and accumulate.

The current share price is an absolute joke

One shareholder selling 10,000,000 shares this morning. This is on top of some large parcels keeping the Share price under pressure over the past few weeks Whats going on? I am concerned these shareholders privy to information the general market is not???

Dear Tony:

I am not aware of any information that any shareholder has any matter that is material that has not been announced.

You are seeking answers and they are difficult to find, other than speculation.

Perhaps there could be speculation on;

1. Regional politics? I go to Iran each month and I am positive also for resolution of regional issues, but I do not know how soon, but in the last week there have been positive overtones from both sides.

2. The resolution of various shareholder issues in MZC? ( as per our June quarterly report)? I have just returned from Iran where the progress on these matter is satisfactory to Union, albiet slower than we would like.

We have an outstanding project in a country with outstanding potential and which is at the early stages of the privatisation process of its mining industry. This project is a pioneer in how to do the privatisation and the will is certainly there in Iran, to do it in a positive way, but also in a way that is responsible to the people of Iran, in looking after ownership of its natural resources.

Thanks for your support, with what is a difficult period for shareholders.
