    Probably trying to pick up as many as possible ,so they can be converted to MAKs when the takeover is done ,thereby giving them stake in MAK .If you cant beat em ,join em.
    Personally ,I dont believe they will get many .UCL is certainly the more risky of the choices out of the two ,and I cant really see why anyone would choose UCL over MAK.
