Michael, yes re those prices. My thinking is that it should be hard to lose buying at the current level. If MAK defeat the takeover it will probably be through something generating confidence that will push the price back above the 20 c level, at least for a while. If UCL win it then their price should hold high enough to deliver arbitrage from this level.

If MAK do have something coming from NMDC, per scottpev's post, hen it could force a shift in UCLs offer fairly soon. It would also be a driver for the delaying tactics with the takeover panel to get them time.
