I don't think I've ever seen MAK in a worse position.
1) NMDC can now come with a $1 dollar offer for 50% of Wonarah and they'll have to take it (Forget $15m). What else can they do? It's obvious they don't have any other backers, otherwise do you think they would have let the stock drop to these levels?
2) On top of that, UCL won't even have to up their offer at the rate things are going to get rid of this incomptent MAK mob, and will be free to get Sandpiper up and running on their terms.
Crunch time is coming for MAK faster than it is for Greece.
