The new international guidelines on sepsis in children are a significant endorsement of Uscom 1A and surely make it part of 'gold standard' care. The UCM announcement on this topic was somewhat eclipsed by CV, but makes impressive reading. Paedatric sepsis (particularly in neonates) is a common condition and invasive methods are not desirable for them for obvious reasons.
The SP of these small biotech companies is often volatile, but I doubt that it is currently overvalued with all the IP and peer-reviewed literature behind it, especially since as someone else pointed out here another haemodynamic technology sold for $200 mill recently.
