Charterrierst - yes you are correct I have held UCM shares since 2004. @Bill Gates has been around for some time too.
I agree with you - UCM is just a ‘push’ away from sustained success - it is about the same stage as a flower when the buds begin to swell - time is of the essence but flowering will be sure to follow.
I know the company pretty well by now. There are quite a swag of long term holders who have just left their money in and let it grow. I personally am well in the black by now. This has been an Amazon Game - continual and planned reinvestment in a long term goal in which you believe - "Softly, softley - catchee monkey!" as they say!
This is NOT a rapid growth company for speculators. I suggest investors blockout the noise and the pump and dump speculation. The current USCOM 1A is an expensive device and complex to produce and sell - (AUD 30,000) each this group has decided. Quality control is paramount and production upgrades take time to plan and deliver. The speculation of weekly company updates on the number of units quoted, sold or ordered is not realistic and not the company style.
There is a group I call the SeeSaw Brigade who try and manipulate the share price in daily trades - we have seen them in action again this week. The best way to deal with them is to buy and hold. UCM is still well undervalued and their gyrations do provide buying opportunities. As a seasoned investor I buy if the opportunity arises, but rarely sell.

I find it hard to believe it was only 4th February 2020 when I first introduced the subject of USCOM and the Corona Virus to this Hot Copper group as a topic of interest. There are now a very large number of newcomers who are avidly following this thread. I would like to commend all to read - and if you have, read again CAREFULLY - the ASX UCM Media Release of 10 February 2020 titled Material increase of USCOM 1A orders in China.
This media update is "vintage" Rob Phillips (Chairman of USCOM). In it he has outlined for investors all he was prepared to release at that time of the current state of play. He has summarized the relevant history for new-comers., hinted at the complexity of the situation and been honest with the steps UCM may need to explore as the drama develops. This release is in effect a Manifesto of the forces currently driving the company. If the situation changes the market will be the first to know.
