They've been fiddling around with US distributors for 15 years or so and had no progress. See announcements around 2010ish when they had their coup(Don't look at revenue forecasts...). Still sceptical they'll see much progress there without significant investment. But at their size they don't need to and the focus should remain on markets where they have moats.
