i disagree, the share price has strong in the low 20s on low volume selloffs ie retail investors like you (perhaps) who think the company needs or wants the stock to become as volatile as Zoono. the company has been building for two decades. As previously mentioned, the 4c is due out in 2-4 weeks - unless a large tender comes through there is no need to update the market with trivial increases.
