Cash flow management needs to be timed right to make more cash to generate net co. profits. Profits lead to positive cash flow. UCM now has positive cash flow of $1million ($0.99m as per the preso). The timing is perfect ... right products, right market and right locations!
The financials of the co. are starting to stack up. The next few weeks and months will show if this momentum is sustained or improved. Again, at an inflection point with right market conditions at the for UCM products, so good chance the co. will do well IMHO.
