Honey, this is lack of liquidity in play. Some people want to sell post the 4c, fair enough, no new buyers so this is what happens.
On the flip side if I wanted to buy $20k of shares I'd have to take it to 6.6 cents based on whats on the screen.
If I wanted $50k I would be going to 14 cents. Unless you are a nuff nuff you are not going to hit it at market but point is its not going to take much to cause a strong bounce in the stock. Yeah sellers will come in at some points but some decent buy orders could double the stock in no time. Sad its at this point but liquidity works both ways.
